? Provide support to end users regarding IT problems and service requests. Could involve remote access to save valuable time, allowing for the user to be more productive.
? Utilize strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently so as to avoid delays in service delivery and enforce strict time lines as agreed upon by IT and the business.
? Interact with IT management frequently through timely reporting of operational activities and statistical data to constantly seek to improve customer / client services.
? Provide prompt professional support to users, in line with targets and time lines, using the concept of best practices.
? Perform hands-on fixes or workarounds at desktop level;

? Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recognised IT Service Desk Environment.
? Knowledge of Service Desk Applications, eg SAP, HEAT, CA Unicentre, etc and an In Depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking troubleshooting would be an added advantage
? A+ and N+
? ITIL Foundations course advantageous
? IT Diploma advantageous
? Experience on a SAP/IT Helpdesk would be a distinct advantage
