Our Client a Logistics Planning Software concern is looking for an IT Service Software Advisor to assist client’s customers with its Logistics Software customer IT Support.

Min Requirements
• Matric
• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or logistics or comparable vocational training
• Experiences in customer IT support | IT service desk, preferably for software applications
• Some initial experience in end-user training
• Profound IT skills or knowledge of the logistic sector
• Very good English language skills (spoken and written)
• Quick thinking and good powers of expression Efficiency
• Willingness to travel

Job Requirements
• Exceptional customer requests and trainings will be waiting for you in your role as IT Service Advisor
• Customer support for business software to prospective and current logistics clients – nationwide
• To supply Competent and friendly customer support for our transport management software application CarLo® on the phone, by e-mail and via remote maintenance
• Identification and analysis of technical problems and malfunctions as well as finding solutions
• Documentation of customer requests and solutions in our ticket system
• Installation of our software products at customer site
• Configuration of our software solutions according to our customers’ needs
• Providing customer training on site on how to use our software application
