IT SUPPORT AT CALL CENTRE / TELEPHONE - AFTER HOURS SUPPORT

WORKING HOURS
• 5:00 to 8.30 in the morning
• 16:00 to 24:00 at night
• Weekends Sat/Sun from 5:00 to 24:00 in shifts

KNOWLEDGE
• Excellent IT knowledge especially on Mikrotik and UBNT equipment
OR
• WIFI ISP - can be trained on how this equipment works

SKILLS
• Fluent in English
• Happy professional temperament over telephone / cell
• Good with dealing with frustrated clients
• Must be very Patient person!
• Valid Driver’s Licence and own car essential
• Will be working from our offices, can be at any of our branches on the Garden Route
