Our Staffing Solutions client is seeking an experienced IT Support Consultant

Requirements:
Matric
Diploma in Information Technology
2-3 Years’ experience in IT Systems Support
Knowledge or experience in time and attendance or payroll preferred
A valid Driver’s license a must
Own vehicle advantageous
Strong administrative skills and computer skills
Great organizational and time management skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide client support and technical issue resolution
Configure client’s equipment
Configure software
Perform regular updates of services and Internet settings
Research & learn about new software in the market that related to the organisation’s functions.
Identify and solve various IT related problems
Assist Clients with queries
