Our client in the Boutique Financial Services industry based in the Eastern of Pretoria is seeking to employ an IT Systems Manager.

Due to rapid expansion in their business, there is a new position reporting to the Chief Information Officer. The IT Systems Manager will take responsibility for high level Technical Solutions, Support, Systems Operations and the Continuous Development in Scope of Information Technology services.

Taking responsibility for the daily operational effectiveness and ensuring that all the Business-Critical Systems are Operational and available to the end-users.

Please note that this role is HYBRID.

Key Responsibilities
Connectivity to banks and client systems are operational
Security on Mobile and Endpoint Devices are up to date
Configuring and assisting with Treasury Management System implementations
Ensuring that the server environment is available
Providing access to both internal and external network resources
Providing awareness in Cyber Security and provide training to team members
Compiling IT Policies in line with Company requirements
Ensuring that User Access Control is strictly controlled and privileged access limited
Providing Technical assistance on Finance and Payroll software
Troubleshooting escalated workstation issues
Providing key insights into research & development; testing and implementing new technologies as well as complex IT System implementations.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
5+ years` experience in Enterprise ICT Environments
General IT Management skills (both hardware and software)
Experience in Treasury Management Systems / Financial Systems / ERP implementation
