The Japanese speaking Resort Team Leader in Durban, South Africa will plan rosters to ensure their team are visiting their customers at their hotels at the optimum times and are on hand to share their great insider knowledge of the resort, suggesting recommendations of excursions they provide that match their needs and ensure they have a great holiday.

You will also be the team's first point of contact for advice, as well as working with their local agents and colleagues to help deliver feedback to improve service delivery.
