The primary responsibilities of Java Architect / Technical Lead will be to lead the technical design, development, implementation and support of the Java based technology solutions to meet the business requirements in accordance with the specifications.
He/she should at least have an IT Related Degree (preferably Computer Engineering), have a minimum of 10+ years' solid Java Development experience with emphasis on good design patterns. He/she should be proficient in Java, Java EE and EJB. Strong working experience in Hibernate/ JPA, JAX-RS/JAX-RPC, JBoss, JSF2, Linux, XML/JSON, Glassfish, Tomcat Apache, SVN, Maven as well as database Platforms such as Oracle, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
He/she should be a highly self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making. He/she must have demonstrated experience of defining the architecture and software design, with the ability to work effectively individually, as a member of a team and being the lead. Furthermore he/she must have the ability to work under pressure.
