Jnr Coffee Shop/Restaurant Manager – Constantia
Hours: Restaurant Hours (on roster)
Salary: R7 000 – R8 000

LOOKING for a young, vibey and friendly, customer focused and presetable candidate who can communicate on all levels.

Duties would include:
Daily running of the floor/restaurant
Stock control
Daily cash ups, as well as daily banking
Office duties: Invoice control, upkeep of training, maintenance and staff files
Keep restaurant running to franchise standards
Staff timetables
Keeping POS system (Micros & Concord) functional
Resolving customer complaints/queries
