Linux Support Engineer with LPI/RHCE, A+ or N+ qualifications.
Grade 12 / Matric required.

Must be well presentable and fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Own transport and a valid drivers license a must.

Patience to work daily with a wide variety of non-technical users in technical support.

- Good general IT literacy.
- High curiosity and desire to learn.

Experience
- One to two years experience with Network Support essential.
- Knowledge of Ubuntu Linux, routing and iptables essential.
- Any experience in VOIP phones/gateway setup, Mikrotik routers and Postfix/Zimbra will be a bonus

Responsibilities include telephonic support, setting up servers/routers and installations at customers as well as doing installations at customer premises.
