This is a sales position in which you will help buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of their home.

Must enjoy interacting with and helping people
Negotiate the best terms and price for your client
Understand AND Learn real estate contracts
Keep track of important deadlines throughout the transaction
Prospect for home buyers and sellers. May include networking, making calls, and building relationships, canvassing
Lucrative commission structure
Job Qualifications:

No experience necessary, only a willingness to learn & become licensed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Self-disciplined
Motivated and has an excellent work ethic
Ability to work independently
