We have a vacancy for a vibrant, driven and well-presented Junior Account Manager with great sales and interpersonal skills to represent the Company. The successful incumbent will have full accountability to strategically generate sales from a portfolio of accounts in accordance with agreed targets, whilst developing and maintaining relationships with these accounts to grow total target set out.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present, negotiate and sell strategically to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain winning client relationships through effective verbal and written communication
- Campaign administration of proposals and contracts
- Campaign implementation, management and feedback to clients
- Product/Industry Knowledge

Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Matric (English/Math’s a must) – or experience requirement is met, A tertiary diploma or degree in marketing would be advantageous
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years sales experience/account management, Experience in dealing with clients at a management level, Evidence of being able to effectively prioritize and meet tough deadlines, Experience in working in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Knowledge: An understanding of how to set up and run an account/client, how to report back to our clients on Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Knowledge and understanding of FMCG industry, Brand Marketing, Retail/Merchandising, Social Media, Background in Advertising, Marketing and Activations essential, Good geographical knowledge of South Africa
- Computer literate on MS Office – Intermediate
- Valid Driver’s license and Own Vehicle
