Our client, a FMCG Manufacturing company seek a Junior Accountant to join their team based at their factory in Southern Paarl.
The position will report to the Factory Manager as well as the Financial Manager at Head Office.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Sales
o Invoicing on Sage Pastel Evolution
o Constant communication with Head Office regarding pricing, credit limits, sales scheduling
• Production
o Reconciliation on Sage Pastel Evolution
o Weekly reporting on production
• Other
o Reconciliation of petty cash transactions / account
o Month end accounting procedures

REQUIREMENTS
• Matric
• Post Matric qualification in Accounting will be an added advantage
• 2-3 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment
• Top organizational skills
• Good Excel Skills
• Team Player
• Being able to prioritize
• Initiative & great problem-solving skills
• Self-manageable and the ability to work alone

SALARY:
R15 000 - R20 000 CTC
