Financial Management Degree / Diploma
•Min 1 – 3 years experience as Junior accountant
•Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
•Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with Pastel

KPA’S:
• Fixed assets register – maintenance and calculation of depreciation
• Hospitality Cash Clearing account reconciliation and journal entries
• Reconciliation of high movement debtor accounts
• Monthly debtor statements
• Creating debtors on the system
• Debtor credit approvals
• Update accounts receivable
• Loading of payments
• Maintaining beneficiaries on business banking profile
• Processing and reconciling of cash book
• Monitoring petty cash balances
• Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
• Reconciliation of suspense account
