Qualification:

Finance related Degree from a reputable University

SAIPA / SAICA Articles will be beneficial



Skills & Experience:

1 to 2 years’ experience within a similar role

Pastel experience will be greatly beneficial

Payroll admin and e-Filing experience will be an added advantage

Can-do attitude

Need to be meticulous



Job Description:

The functions of this role will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Processing supplier invoices

Cashbook

Reconcile Supplier Ledger / reconcile bank statement to cashbook

Reconcile Ledger control account

Update asset summaries

Update annual insurance summaries

Check and produce management accounts

Liaise with auditors

Liaise with banks and do bank deliveries / collections

Relieve receptionist in the afternoons

Ad-hoc admin duties
