We are urgently recruiting for a Junior Bookkeeper.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

MUST HAVE PASTEL EVOLUTION EXPERIENCE

Duties:

• Process debtors, creditors, cash books and other relevant journals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reconciliations.
• Process accounting entries into Pastel Evolution.
• Prepare monthly VAT reconciliations; submit VAT reports to SARS and process payments.
• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Manage stock keeping and movements, and participate in periodic stock takes.
