A Junior Chef, to work in the kitchen of a busy a la Carte Restaurant in St Lucia, Northern KZN. We are based 2 hours’ drive north of Durban in the World Heritage Site, St Lucia Estuary.Suitable for somebody that, loves nature, quieter style of living.Must have these qualities:- at least 2 years of experience with references-qualifications/certificates with recognisable companies that train in culinary industry- self -motivated and passionate about food and service industry- Works as part of a team!!!- friendly, work well under pressure- trustworthy and reliable- good physical and mental health- have own transport and valid driver’s licenceNot suitable for:- people with children and petsAccommodation is provided as part of CTC.
