RedCat Recruitment is seeking a JUNIOR CREDITORS CLERK / COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR for a well-established company – position based in the Cato Ridge area.

!PERSON SHOULD PREFERABLY BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Receipting of external transporters / direct transporters.
Updating of schedules and CRM.
Switchboard operator.
Receipting of stock
Place purchase orders.
Filing.
Ordering stationery.
Monthly tyre and oil stock.
Daily diesel and consignment stock capturing and balancing.
Upkeep of policies/procedures/SHE file.
Monthly breakdown of vehicle expenses.
Monthly breakdown of cell phone expenses.
Attend meetings and take minutes for record keeping.
Arrange and attend safety meeting every second month.
Office maintenance and fault reporting.
Process small creditor invoices.
Monthly small creditor reconciliations.
Arrange truck licences.
Weekly – attached mine waybills to transporter invoices.
Adhoc (insurance, office repairs and maintenance, obtaining quotations, BBBEE).

Salary offered: R12 000-00 per month
