Our client, a National and International Motor Vehicle Rental Agency, is currently looking to expand their team of Junior Customer Care Representatives for their motor vehicle rental division.

You will be required to assist local and international clients with all aspects of vehicle hire.
Explain contract contents, in particular, waivers, additional drivers, delivery and collection charges, whilst following the proper customer qualification procedures at all times
When required, assist customers with written quotations, maps and concise directions
Check system for bookings and special requests and allocate cars/accessories accordingly
Implement key security logs and control procedures
Adhere to the company rental procedures and policies
Obtain sufficient authorization on credit card rentals before releasing vehicle
Receipt and Refund monies from customers as and when required
Follow standard administration procedures as defined by the company
Assist drivers with delivery/ collection of vehicles
Candidate Requirements
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Maintain a neat and organised work area
Meet company standards on attendance and punctuality
Treat other team members with courtesy and respect
Demonstrate flexibility in meeting operational needs
Comply with all reasonable requests relating to our business to enhance our service or assist our customers
Friendly, professional and attentive to clients
Willing to work shifts
Adhere to health and safety regulations as defined by the company
Willing to learn all operational requirements in order to perform duties effectively and efficiently

Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Valid SA Drivers license- Un-endorsed
Own reliable vehicle
No criminal record
Willing to work shifts
Well groomed and presentable

R 6 600.00 pm + medical aid, pension, shift allowance, commission.
