Requirements:

Assisting the sales team with invoicing on the accounting programme

Debt collection

Weekly debtors reports

Monthly statements sent to clients

Petty cash management

Reconciliation of credit card statements

Accurate filing

Excellent attention to detail

2-3 years debtors experience
