The largest independent furniture manufacturer based in Pretoria East is currently looking for a Junior Debtors Clerk. You must be able to start as soon as possible.
Salary: R6 000 – R12 000 depending on experience

Requirements:
Grade 12
Preferably experience in Syspro,but not critical if not.
Must be able to work on Excel (reports)

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Allocation of payments from bank statement to customers account daily
Reconciling Accounts
Sending of statements to customers
Collections of outstanding monies- Telephone/Email
Processing of credit notes
Checking of POD’s daily
Filing of invoices
Dispute/Query resolution
Compiling and maintaining of a collections schedule
