70% looking after current clients, and 30% generating new clients
Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
One successful case study from a client per month
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Fully understand all products and the service offering to clients
Accurate forecasting and backward sales planning
Ensure all activities are updated daily on the CRM systems
