Requirements and skills
? 2-3 years+ experience a NOC agent or IT Helpdesk Operator or Junior Engineer
? Linux skills Relevant IT qualification (degree or diploma)
? High level of IT aptitude
? Passion for technology
? Good communication skills
? Attention to detail
? Client and team orientation
? SA citizenship

Duties
? Manage monitoring systems for clients
? Offer first line support
? Monitor client infrastructure according to SLA
? Complete QA reports and advanced reports on request
? Identify and solve technical problems
? Release note of changes, new functions and bugs
? Relevant patch/ hot fix for certain directories
? Test systems
? Deal with audits based on client requirements
? Special investigations based on client requirements & solutions
? Perform system admin tasks
? Maintain RT system
? Complete tasks & make recommendations to clients
