Job description and responsibilities:
- Daily Travelling Onsite & Remote Support.
- Trouble shooting IT problems on site, hardware components & system installation on site, cycle calls, testing and setting up of hardware etc.
- Installing hardware and software systems.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior IT experience, A+ N+ an advantage, Linux exposure a bonus.
- Must have a valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle.
Skills and Attitude:
- Able to remain calm and keep clients calm while assisting clients.
- Must be well spoken and well presented
- Bilingual
- Have a high energy level
- Must be a team player
- Have a can do attitude; Proactive qualities
- Able to work under stress and pressure
