Our engineering client based in Midrand seeks to appoint a suitable qualified Junior Real Estate Sales Agent.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Management with strong experience in residential property sales in the relevant real estate industry
• Registration as a real estate agent with Institute of Estate Agents (IEASA)
• A min of 5 years’ experience in real estate and properties sales
• Ability to close off sales deals by managing internal and external sales resources effectively
• High computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required
• Negotiation, persuasion and convincing skills
• Ability to think outside the box.
