A Centurion based company has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Recruiter to to join the team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage the recruitment and qualified candidate development process. 
• Develop relationships candidates and walk them through the hiring process.
• Partner with HR managers to ensure they provide the appropriate information for open positions.
• Screen potential candidates to ensure they meet employment and position qualifications.
• Record and communicate recruiting updates and metrics to HR managers and various stakeholders.
• Engage social media to market positions and enhance Internet Brands' online presence.
• Keep up-to-date and informed regarding recruiting best practices, trends, social media tools, industry standards, and competition.
• Other duties as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Ms Office Programmes 
• Good communication skills 
• Relevant qualification
