Duties:
Monitor standards of service and presentation. Be responsible for the entire management of the restaurant, maintain staff morale and run a shift. Ensure that the restaurant provides an excellent customer experience. Manage stock ordering, receiving, stock take and invoicing. Ensure restaurant cleanliness. Ensure that staff adheres to operating procedures. Manage FOH and BOH of the restaurant. Must have managed a group of people before. Have knowledge of the restaurant industry.

Skills and Competencies:
The successful candidate must be assertive, self reliant, have strong communication skills, be self driven, self motivated, responsible, accountable and trustworthy. The individual must be committed, have the ability to work independently and within a team and well under pressure. The individual must be willing to share knowledge and ideas.

Education and Experience:
Have 1-2 years experience in a similar role. Matric Essential.
