We are looking for a young dynamic, well-spoken and energetic graduate with a passion for her career. The right person will be intelligent hold a B Com Honours Degree in Logistics and will be looking for an opportunity to establish a career.

Key Performance Areas:

* Prospecting for new business by opportunity identification, area and business review, making telephonic contact and cold calling;
* Qualifying potential clients in terms of requirements (volumes, distribution areas and current providers)
* Presenting quotations and proposals
* Scheduling Client meetings;
* Formally presenting the business proposal;
* Conducting follow-up and progress calls;
* Obtaining client proposal acceptances;
* Preparing / submitting weekly stats, sales reports;
* Preparing / submitting weekly call planners;
* Gathering market intelligence / information in terms of freight service opportunities, competitor activities and reports
* Initiate credit applications and submit for approval to Accounts at H/O;
* Monitor Age Analysis of individual’s accounts and to discuss with the clients.
* Handling client queries
* Conducting monthly and weekly service call visitations;
* Ensuring that updated client statistics are drawn from the system, handed out and discussed with the client when the visitation takes place;
* Identifying and capitalizing on service / sale extension opportunities;
* Building client relationships at all levels;

Requirements:
* Degree in Logistics
* Matric
* Driver’s License and own Vehicle essential to this position.

MUST be willing and able to travel locally!!!!
