We are looking for a candidate who has a real passion for cooking and a love for what they do. This lodge is specifically seeking someone with previous Lodge experience within a similar environment. We are looking for a chef who would be able to assist the Head Chef with the prepping and cooking of meals within the kitchen. We need someone who can work well in a team and take instruction and criticism well, you will also be working alone at times and we need someone who is self motivated and able to get the job done. Salary offered is between R4,000 - R5,500 but this is negotiable to the right candidate, the package also includes accommodation, meals on duty, transport, laundry, maid service and DSTV.
