Junior Storeman/Customer Services Clerk

We are looking for a Junior Storeman/Customer Services Clerk to join our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Order processing
• Ensuring stores are tidy
• Invoicing and credit notes
• Stock management and control
• Customer queries and quotations
• Cleaning and disinfection of items
• General administration and reporting
• Reporting on all discrepancies and damages
• Comply with ISO requirements with regard to Infection Control and Health and Safety issues


Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience with proven customer service performance record
• Experience in the Healthcare industry and knowledge of a wide range of products used in a hospital
• Computer literacy with experience in the following: ACCPAC, Windows, Excel, Internet and Word
• Good communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette

Salary – R10 500pm
