JUNIOR TECHNICAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN / REPRESENTATIVE

Our client is a well-established national company within the Telecommunications & Multi-sensory Branding industry. This person will be responsible for the general servicing maintenance of products which include general hardware, telecom systems, scent systems and music systems . We are looking for someone with a technical background. Ideally have at least one year IT experience or have worked with Point of Sale Systems / Telecom systems or even air conditioners.

We are looking for a young hard working man to take on this entry level position and grow within. Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Purpose of position:
To ensure that client systems are working properly and are up-to-date.
Responsible for all technical related service in designated region.
To ensure client satisfaction and product value

Job Requirements:
Technical qualification is ideal
Previous TECHNICAL background, experience in instillations and servicing
An aptitude to get things done
Confidences to go were the problems are
The ability to wire a domestic power plug and use screw drivers, pliers and a drill
Driver’s licence
PC literacy
Basic admin skills
Good grooming
Ability to communicate on all levels with client
