• Cisco related qualification are preferable but not essential.
• Senior certificate / Matric is essential.

• Reports to the senior technician
• Maintenance and Installation of on-site wireless networks, equipment and resources

• Develop key working relationships with colleagues and client to ensure high operational standards are adhered to
• Ensure issues are resolved timeously
• Identify potential problem areas
• Weekly and monthly reporting
