Market leading IT Security Service provider based in Sandton are seeking a Key Account Manager who has a strong knowledge and understanding of IT Security products

Your skills and experience are required to maintain high quality information in support of proactive management of sales and delivery targets (Pipeline, OE, Revenue and GP).

Key areas of focus will include:

Representing the company and increase revenue by selling the company products and solutions to all potential customers.
Provide accurate forecasting of business and market needs.
Implementing sales strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Preparing proposals for the provision of products/services.
Following up on new sales prospects and developing existing customers’ business needs.
Maintaining the sales CRM system by adding his/her sales opportunities, sales pipe lines as well as customer information.
Monitoring and reporting on sales prospects, progress and performance.
Monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction, market intelligence and competitor capabilities.
Building and maintaining relationships with all key individuals within assigned accounts.
Frequent interaction with strategic customers to understand their environment and requirements.
Perform Key Account Management duties on designated accounts.

Education and skills required:

B degree or equivalent
Min 5 years’ experience in an IT Security sales environment with a proven track record.-essential
Min 2 years in a Account Manager role within an IT Security environment
Sales experience within the following areas required:
Hosting
Security Monitoring
Firewalls/UTM/IPS
