Qualifications and experience: University Degree in Food Science,

Chemistry with 4-6 years successful sales, marketing or customer relationship experience in food or related industry.
Basic business/financial acumen.

Duties

Develop ADP?s for key accounts.

Assume lead position for all activities for designated customer (s).

Set priorities based on profitability analysis to focus sales effort.

Ensure has opportunity to participate in targeted. customer briefs.

Closely manage ADP, KPI?s and budget, modify strategy as necessary.

Cultivate customer relationships with key decision-makers, positioning as preferred supplier.

Co ordinate/manage internal resources in support of customer needs and priorities.

Conduct presentations to articulate value. proposition and promote new concepts, technology or products.

Manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans.

Defend base business in key markets and with key customers.

Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines.

Monitor competitor activity.

Transition customer projects/new wins from scale-up to production.

Manage credit, pricing, rebate management, etc. issues for accounts.

Promptly resolve customer complaints

Comply with company and statutory Health, Safety, and Regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate in defining and preparing advertising and promotion strategies.
