Qualifications and experience

- Relevant Law qualification / HR qualification.

- At least one year experience.


The candidate needs to have experience in the following:

- Drafting of employment contracts

- disciplinary inquiries

- Retrenchment procedures

- Labour advice

- drafting of workplace policies and procedures

- CCMA experience


NB: having a client base would be advantageous!

We offer a lucrative salary package dependent on the amount of fees you bring to the firm on a monthly basis.
