A leading South African consultancy company in is looking for an experienced, well-spoken Lead Consultant to manage a team of seasoned consultants in delivering exceptionally high calibre service to clients. The fortunate candidate must have more than 5 years’ experience in this specific role and have the minimum listed below. This position offers diversity, travel and flexibility.
Minimum qualifications:
Matric Tertiary diploma or degree advantageous
Minimum requirements/skills:
At least 5 years work experience
Must be a self-starter, energetic and extroverted
Must be able to work to deadline
Professional and well presented
High attention to detail and an ability to multitask
Very good inter-personal skills
Compliance with processes and system
Assertiveness and initiative
Good communication, written and verbal skills in English
Good time-management skills
Previous experience in customer interactions is essential
Previous experience in the telecom industry will be advantageous
Previous corporate work experience will be advantageous
Proficient in the MS Office suite of applications
Advanced MS Excel experience
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Customer liaison and management on site
Plan, execute and manage medium-sized projects on site and remotely
Manage sub-contractors and project deliverables
Progress reporting
Produce written reports
Respond to adhoc customer requests telephonically and via email
