What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Outbound Lead Gen sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Target Customers to Approach
* Use cold call script to call customers
* Generate Interest
* Qualify the Lead
* Setup face-to-face with Sales Person

Key Job Deliverables:

* 24 cold calls per day
* 6 qualified leads per day
* 1 closed deal per day (via sales person i.e. high quality leads)

Background work experience:

* 3 years Telephonic sales
* 2 years Cold calling
* 2 years Financial services products
* 3 years Repetitive Work
* Adv: FSB qualification
* Ability to connect with strangers over the phone in 20 seconds
* Has sold products over the phone to professional people
* Has made cold calls using a script
* Has worked with insurance or banking products
* Has worked in a job where progress comes from doing the same thing over and over, at volume
* Advantageous: Exposure to Commercial or Complex Insurance

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of 180000 to 240000 per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
