For the past 20 years, we have successfully created individuals that we can teach and train to go on to create and lead a sales and marketing team; and ultimately to go on to run a franchise within our company. You will contribute to the growth of our existing successful sales team and be required to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with our clients. The working environment is very friendly so a sociable attitude is essential here!
Responsibilities:

1. Learning our system and understanding all sales and marketing aspects of the business; products; target market etc.
2. Learn how to train and lead a team by following our training manual and leadership guidelines
3. Build up a sales and marketing team; training one person at a time
4. Lead your team into reaching targets to be successful

What we look for:


> A Confident person who has 2 years’ experience in sales; customer services or retail
> Able to negotiate effectively and handle client objections
> Successful in achieving goals
> Hard working attitude
> Excellent relationship building skills
> Well-developed listening and communication skills
> Someone with a Matric certificate or equivalent to it
> Willing to take on a leadership roles
> Someone who is honest and has a positive attitude
> Commitment! This is NOT a stop-gap; it takes time to build a sales and marketing team, so we are looking for someone who could stay for a decent length of time
