Our client is looking for a Learning and Development Manager. This position is senior, the successful incumbent will be strong on administration, must be able to implement BEE policies i.e. from start to finish, must be strong on Training Budgets, operations and administration; a very strong and persuasive personality yet assertive. It is imperative that the successful incumbent has either have chaired committees and/or have sat on EXCO meetings. 5-8 years of being exposed to such responsibilities. Tertiary Education a must
