Job Description:
with minimum 2 years’ Training and 1 year experience in the Long Term Insurance Industry and/or sales training experience, required to develop, facilitate and maintain training programs for a financial service advisory firm.

Minimum requirements:
• Matric
• Minimum 1 year long term insurance training experience required
• Minimum 2 years’ training experience required
• Own transport and valid driver’s license essential
• Must be willing and able to travel

Responsibility:
• Design, develop, implement and maintain training programs
• Facilitate training programs
• Identify training needs
• Assess application and integration of learning into the workplace
• Support to staff where applicable
• Administer assessments
• Provide management reports and statistics on training delivered
• Relationship building with all stakeholders
• Implement and maintain quality assurance principles and processes
• Schedule all learning interventions and record keeping
• Learning administration
