An opportunity exists within the Debt Recovery industry. We require 3 individuals with sound debt review and legal knowledge to assist in our Legal Division. The successful candidates will understand the NCR and NCA as well as the legal requirements for Debt Review.

Requirements:

Matric

Following up on Power of Attorney, Payments as well as outstanding documents
Must have full prescribed debt and reckless lending knowledge
Must understand and draft court orders
Must be able to interpret and draft proposals
