Leading and global manufacturing company based in Greenstone, Johannesburg requires a Legal Advisor. LLB Degree and 3 - 4 years experience is essential with focus on commercial law. Commercial experience in line with Engineering or Construction or Mechanical industry essential. Individual will report to the MD and be responsible for -

Advise and consult on contractual obligations and risk exposure
Negotiate with customers and suppliers to eliminate risk
Drafting of contracts and agreements
Reporting on legal activities to the board
Draft and implement policies for business improvement
Monitor compliance
Provide recommendations
Prepare reports and attend monthly meetings with Directors
Interface with legal counsel when required
