The Job

• Knowledge of Lease Agreements pertaining to Commercial/ Industrial and Retail Property.
• Draft/ Review and Revise Lease Agreements
• Knowledge of Management and Co-Ownership Agreements
• Legal Collections & AOD
• Implementing Leasing Procedures and Policies
• Ensuring leasing documents are correct before submitting to Landlord for signature
• Managing lease commission and lease fees payable
• Overseeing the Lease Administrators
• Ensuring compliance regulatory requirements
• Advising Board on regulatory changes.

The Person

The candidate must be detail oriented, a self-starter, who is extremely responsible, dependable, highly motivated, able to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment, possess a “can do” work attitude and be a team player.

• Matric + 3 year relevant diploma/degree
• Live within 20kms of Bryanston at time of application
• 5 years relevant experience
• MDA experience
