ob Description:
An exciting opportunity exist in a well established Commercial Organisation they are seeking to employ a high-level Legal Advisor to join their organisation.

KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Admission as an Attorney
Must have a minimum of an LLB, and a Chartered Secretaries South Africa (CSSA) qualification

At least 10 years’ experience in a corporate secretariat/legal role within a Listed Company

Must - have Diverse Industry experience and environment experience and exposure

A strong knowledge of:

Companies Act and Governance, including King III
Board Management skills
Stakeholders relationship
Share scheme administration
Insurance portfolio management as well as risk management
JSE listing Requirements
Drafting and reviewing all contracts in the field of;
Facilities management services
Property Law ( Leases/Servitude agreements / Sales agreements, addenda)
Construction and Property Development Law
