Job description:

A well-known hospital group is in search of a talented and driven admitted attorney to join them as Legal counsel. The candidate will be responsible for managing all pension fund related issues and legal matters for the group.

Key responsibilities:

• To review and manage pension fund rules, legislation, rules and regulations
• Ensure and enforce compliance regarding the pension fund rules
• Provided guidance and assistance in all legal matters which may arise
• Negotiate on behalf of the client in respect of the statutory authorities governing the Pension Fund

Candidate requirements:

• A law degree – LLB
• Admitted attorney
• 3 – 6 years post articles experience , preferably within a corporate environment or law firm
• Experience in corporate and commercial law
• Experience in contract drafting
