Large Organisation is looking to employ a Legal Counsel to provide quality service for the Legal function that fulfills a statutory, reporting and legal advisory service, advising on business direction based on legal risk management interpretation, etc.

Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - LLB or similar legal qualification is essential
Must be Admitted Attorney
Must have at least 5 years legal risk management experience in the financial services industry
Knowledge of ISDA's, CSA's, GMRA's and GMSLA's an advantage
Drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements
