Ensure the correct recovery process is followed and ensure optimal income is recovered from negligent parties

Ensure the correct recovery process is followed and ensure optimal income is recovered from negligent parties
Ensure monthly recovery targets are reached
Negotiate with attorneys and third parties
Determine action needed through cost analysis or effectiveness
Handle queries as per escalation level
Apply case law, dealing with insured and uninsured recovery claims
Liaise with attorneys insurance companies to recover outstanding quantum
Obtaining third party details and implementing recoveries in line with policies and procedures
Recover monies owing to the company

Education

Legal degree would be advantageous

Experience:

Legal background in recoveries essential

Experience in the insurance industry essential


Skills:

Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
