This exclusive 5* experience Game Lodge is seeking an all rounded Chef to manager this private kitchen for their exclusive guests. If you are a career professional and seeking this high en position, then you are the correct applicant.
Requirements:
Must be well equipped with a variety of meals as you will have Carte Blanch on menu’s.
Costing should be a strong suit in portion control.
Must have pastry experience.
Must have a drivers licence.
They need to understand dietary restriction like celiac, vegan, jain vegetarian etc
Must have a minimum of 3y Sous chef or above experience.
Willing to work at different lodges when need eg when they have no guests.
Must be responsible for when there are guests so it means sometime not taking off when its due because of a late booking
