Lodge on the Vaalriver near Parys is looking for a chef with 3+ years experience. Live-in position. Must have experience in buffet style and ala carte cooking. Duties will include food preparation as well as certain management functions. Catering is mainly done for small groups up to 20 people. Must be able to work alone and clean own kitchen. Family friendly environment – need someone who has good communications skills and who has good customer relations abilities. Must have the ability to develop menus. Will be expected to work irregular hours. R 4000 – 5000 plus accommodation and all meals.
