Lodge Administrations Officer

World Class 5* Game Lodge Mpumalanga

Minimum 2 years experience in World Class 5 Star Establishments in front office

Hotel or Tourism School (or similar qualifications) would be beneficial

Computer knowledge ie. Microsoft Office and Protel

English speaking, fluent in written English

Driver’s License essential

An understanding of administration, with a methodical approach

Excellent computer skills

Good organizational and planning skills

Excellent communicator

Self motivating and able to work alone

Efficient and thorough approach to ensuring accounts are correct
Accuracy when compiling guest bills, payments and balancing spreadsheets

Sense of ownership and pride for the guest experience

Excellent social and interpersonal skills

Able to interact with guests and behave appropriately

Highly sociable and confident when meeting new people

Sensitive to cultural issues/ patient with colleagues

Well groomed and a good sense of personal hygiene

Realistic expectations of bush life
