Kendrick Recruitment are seeking a Lodge Anchor for a stunning Lodge in Hluhluwe are; Natal. We are looking for a solid all round who is hands-on! KEY OUTPUTS:· In charge of guest delights, this includes managing the guest delight host, ensuring all equipment is in working order, and looks neat, also conducting a monthly guest delight meeting to discuss new ways to delight our guests.· Covering front line managers when they go on leave.· Assisting with stock takes.· Maintaining agreed upon Lodge Standards and BOPS.· Hosting breakfast, lunch and dinner.· Ensuring all special turndowns are done for guests.· Assist with daily operations with the front line managers.KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:· At least one or two years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry· A background in Hospitality· Valid SA Drivers licenseTo apply please send us your CV, written reference letters as well as a recent photo of yourself....GOOD LUCK!!!
